According to Sparco, a blue moon will be seen in Pakistan tonight at 11:26 PM. According to astronomers, the moon looks bigger and brighter due to its proximity to the earth. A supermoon occurs when the moon’s orbit brings it closer to Earth, making it appear 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than normal.

Sparco says that the next three super moons will be visible in the sky on September 18, October 17 and November 15.  The Supermoon will be accompanied by a partial lunar eclipse in September, the third in October and the fourth and final Supermoon of the year in November.
