Karsaz Accident: Settlement Reached, Victims’ Families Forgive the Accused

Karsaz accident

The families of the Karsaz Road accident victims have forgiven the accused woman, supporting her bail and confirming the accident was unintentional.

In the case of a traffic accident on Karsaz Road in Karachi, both parties have reached a settlement.

The families of the deceased, Imran Arif and his daughter Amna Arif, have prepared affidavits, which will be presented today during the hearing for the accused woman’s bail application.

The family of the victims, Imran Arif’s wife, and their children, Usama Arif and another daughter, will submit No Objection Certificates (NOC) supporting the bail request.

In the affidavits, they state that they have settled the matter and have forgiven the accused for the accident, in the name of Allah, the Most Merciful.

The family has made it clear that they have no objection to the accused being granted bail, and that the accident was not intentional. They have given the NOC without any pressure, and everything mentioned in the affidavits is true.

It is important to remember that on August 20, a father and daughter riding a motorcycle lost their lives in a high-speed accident on Karsaz Road. The woman involved in the accident was later arrested, and her medical reports confirmed that she had been using the drug “ice.”
